ATELIER 6 is a pop-up like no other: new, edgy, innovative, and provocative. We create fine dining experiences in places no one expects – and we leave a mark.

ATELIER 6 is a location – but one that moves like a nomad to the most stunning places around the world. It’s not static. It’s alive.

 

A curated fusion of design, culinary excellence, and contemporary art. Each pop-up is a standalone creation: tailored, surprising, and collaborative.

 

NIKLAS OBERHOFER (Co-Founder), founder of noEvents and formerly the youngest Michelin-starred chef in Switzerland, is not only the culinary voice behind Atelier 6. His signature style –Japanese fine dining, radically reimagined – defines the culinary thread that runs through every edition, no matter the place, the partner, or the theme.

He also co-develops the creative and conceptual direction of each event.

In partnership with luxury brands, innovative labels, and visionary creatives, we create a platform for the extraordinary.

Visual strategist MARC HÜRLIMANN (Co-Founder) and founder of MARC WHO?, curates a blend of emerging and established brands – each edition of Atelier 6 is shaped by its setting and reinterpreted for its space, creating site-specific experiences with bold aesthetic direction.

 

ATELIER 6 represents a space of possibility – for transformation, creativity, and craftsmanship. The number 6 stands for the six dimensions of taste:

Sweet. Sour. Bitter. Salty. Umami. Spicy.

Each creation is a composition of contrasts – precise, bold, and unapologetically sensory.

Niklas Oberhofer, our founder, was awarded a Michelin star in 2022, becoming Switzerland’s youngest Michelin-starred chef. At just 25 years old, he earned one Michelin star and 17 Gault Millau points.

From the very beginning, our philosophy has been shaped by Japanese craftsmanship and the art of refined minimalism. Perfection and individuality define every creation.

Together, we led two restaurants with over 30 team members. Today, we dedicate ourselves to transforming culinary visions into unforgettable experiences. Whether service, brand, or product – we create moments that are exceptional in every detail.

We are the only brand that designs truly bespoke events, tailored entirely to you – bringing your emotions to life through culinary excellence and flawless organization.

On the 1st of November 2017, Marc Hürlimann founded his own company Marc WHO? where he offers his many years of expertise and outstanding national and international network of numerous lifestyle and luxury brands.

As Managing Partner – Director of Brand Experience, Patrizia Schlatter brings profound management expertise to the planning, execution, and evaluation of projects. Her experience as an entrepreneur and owner of the Inthewhiteroom practice in Basel has honed her skills in practice management, team leadership, and the execution of medical-aesthetic treatments.

At Marc WHO?, we are working and focusing always with our “The WHO Communication” strategy, a sophisticated approach designed to drive impactful results. Focused on market and client development, targeted growth, and innovative digital narratives, it redefines brand positioning and creates immersive experiences.
